Tuddal Eiendomsutvikling AS is a property development company dedicated to creating exceptional cabin plots in the heart of Norway's most beautiful nature. With a passion for sustainable development and quality craftsmanship, we have been developing the Tuddal cabin area since 2006.

Our mission is to provide outstanding residential plots that allow people to build their dream cabins in a pristine mountain environment. With lots of space in between, and close proximity to the nature.

History Since 2006

Since 2006, Tuddal Eiendomsutvikling AS has grown from a vision into a thriving cabin community. Here's what we've accomplished:

  • 2006-2010: Initial development of the Tuddal area, infrastructure planning, and establishment of the first residential plots
  • 2010-2015: Expanded the community with additional plots, improved road access, and laying electricity grid to old and new cabins
  • 2015-2020: Continued growth, built up additional infrastructure, established Hovdemarken as a popular mountain cabin destination
  • 2020-Present: Further expansion with modern amenities, improved accessibility, and sustainable development practices. 2000 meter of water an plumbing infrastructure
  • Current Status: Over 80 plots developed, with 40 plots still available. A total of 8 km internal roads built or upgraded.
